Currently using fair trading to fight them, but Cleanaway make it a hard long process, do yourselves a favour and don't use this company.

Just added up the transactions from the past 12 months from greenwaste and general waste we've dropped off at this transfer station and it's up in the 5 digit amounts among our workers. From now on that money will be going to their competition. Probably nothing on their books in the scheme of things but it won't take long enough in a small town to rub enough people the wrong way. This business has been going down hill in the last 12 months, from instances they are closed 20-30mins earlier than listed (gates shut and phone rings out) or rude staff at the pay station - partially new staff since the cleanaway buyout. Much better service at any of the other transfer stations.

So expansive and on top of that new HIGH speed hump scraped under my car the guy sez that sounded bad. I said u reckon and why no warnig signs sez next week we hope no apologie never going back there again.
