Cardboard and electrical is free for the whittlesea council residents. The rest is expensive with council rates applied.

Went in with a car full of cardboard and an old broken vacuum cleaner and came out with an empty car at no charge so very happy. Got a bit confused by the signs saying we needed a pass, but not being able to find one for cardboard. When we drove to the window the lovely staff member just asked for proof of residence and it was free. Maybe add that to the signs haha. Still great. Thanks 👍

A bit disappointed, they use to be open on Sunday the busiest day for residents also just paid $198 for a single axle trailer, now I understand why people dump rubbish all Over Whittlesea

I visited to recycle soft plastics. I am a resident so no cost Glad I can again recycle these types of plastics since the demise of Redcycle and the fact major supermarkets not stepping up, especially since that's whete most soft plastics are distributed

RIP OFF & POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS - Went there morning of on 12/7/24. Woman I dealt with shouldn’t be interacting with customers due to poor communication skills, no empathy and poor enthusiasm and acted like she didn’t want to be there. On top of that it cost me $50 just to empty cardboard from a small vehicle when this was $0 just some months ago. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Insanely expensive even for a tiny load of cardboard or dirt. Not doing the local community any favours. No wonder people dump things on the side of the road. Having previously lived in other states this is easily the most ridiculous prices I have ever seen.
