Dump It Bins

I was behind one of your tippers on the 4th of Oct 2025 and the driver had some of the load come loose, chipping my windscreen. I contacted your office about it, to which I was instructed to follow up with an email of my dashcam footage and photos of the damage. It is now the 3rd of Dec and I have not received any kind of contact - so I have lodged it with my insurance. It is your business and logo plastered on the vehicle, the least that could happen is a simple phone call back mate. $200 repair - it's not about the money, it's about the principle - so Insurance can now chase you up.

Very rude arrogant person, blocking the street with the truck and bin on road, during peak hour. Worked extra slow when asked how long he would be. Was not apologetic just wanted to inform me he is the boss.

Dump It Bins provided all the information we needed and were reliably on time. They also accept soil, which requires a separate container. Making an online reservation was easy, and we’re very grateful for their excellent service.

We had a local guy place a flier in our letterbox last year, but he charged us nearly twice as much when he picked it up because the garbage was too heavy! How could we have known how much it would weigh? The Dump It folks, on the other hand, took the time to explain their recycling to me and didn't charge us extra. They recycle almost all of it, but I assumed everything we disposed of was also disposed of. Fantastic effort, guys! Keep it up! My confidence in this sector has been restored by you.

Outstanding service. Easy to order by calling up and the lady at the call guided very well. The driver was very considerate about my drive way, that he placed wood as base to protect the driveway concrete which was not the case with some previous bin providers. Quite economical compared to others as well. Thanks much.

Amazing company to deal with from the Customer Service Team to the delivery guys. On time and professional. Could not have asked for a better customer experience.

Ordered a small bin to arrive, on arrival it had come with other waste in it. Paying $345 for a bin that isn’t completely empty is terrible. When speaking to the driver he said he would take pics for us to call the office and they will be able to do a discount or allow to fill higher. Office lady did not handle the situation very well and stated I can overfill or pay a fee for a new empty bin. For someone who works in customer service daily this is terrible. Will not be using this service again or recommending to anyone. Would be awesome for the boss to speak to me directly instead of having the office contact and cop the abuse. Unsatisfied to say the least!
