Went riding this early morning and saw their truck in action at my local shopping area,it was 0500ish and my impression was the operator was fast and the new truck was efficient in its design to do the job. In no time he was on to the next bin a couple hundred meters away, I saw the driver later come off his cab and cleaned up the area from rubbish that may have fallen from his pickoff. Moments later another competitor was doing a round where he just left , I assume a different bin next to theirs . People should get up early and take a walk or ride around their shopping area before opening hours and see how rubbish is good business and competitive! I believe they crawl into truck bins to clear out any rubbish before the end of the day, hope they do it with some form of assurance someone is keeping an eye out for them in case of some incident that may incapacitate them. I hope they have a confine ticket to go,

Been with JJs for almost a decade now with multiple bins including General Waste and Recycling and always found them to be fair and consistent. We have had excellent relationships with our drivers and sales managers. In particular Tim, one of the Balcatta drivers and Lexo our sales manager. In a competitive industry sometimes it is the people that make a difference! Would reccommend.

Hey JJs, been trying to get in contact with you accounts department since January for some double payments to be rectified. You promised it would be done in April,its now July. Your services were great, until they werent. Nobody seems to want to talk to me, its getting to the stage where I'll put the bins on the curb and leave them there. Please contact me like yesterday to rectify it.

Unreliable scheduling, drivers overloaded with pickups. Often pickups are missed/not completed because drivers don't have time to beep the horn & wait for the bin to be placed in an accessible position. Admin are rude & don't listen, speak without hearing the issue, like they are reading from a script. Unwilling to assist with locking in a weekly time to ensure successful pickups. Most months I pay more for missed collections due to "blocked" access & no show at agreed time. 1/10. Do Not recommend, would rather take my own waste to the tip weekly rather than deal with this level of incompetence.

Likes to do 20km/hr over the limit through a suburban area. I hope you get booked. Lucky it wasn't a school day given where you were driving. Next time I get video.

I have been using these guys for about 18 months, just great service and value for money. I recently moved a business premises and pushed the limits on the bin loading and the driver helped me restack it. I can't recommend them highly enough. The drivers are really friendly and creative to get those big trucks into small spaces! Well done team.

From Bayswater trophies Perth wa // Be very careful with this company check your accounts very carefully they will try to overcharge you email them if they overcharge you if they don't get back to you like they usually don't report them to ASIC or consumer protection they charged me $55 extra they call it a ministration fee on $105 per month bin the account was paid but they still charged me I will report them ASIC soon when the rep comes around when the contract is finished sucking up for me to sign up for another 12 months I will go to the opposition I might get more respect
