Worst bin collection service in Lidcombe. I cant count the amount of times the drivers leave our bins half emptied, tipped over on the streets, and provide blaintent lack of courtesy for the bins in general. Today, I watched the driver WWE slam my recycling bin to the ground with so much force, it cleaned snapped the lid entirely off. This is not the first time Ive witnessed this. Previously, Ive had drivers snap wheels, or crack the bins. Its actually shocking how much these issues happen, I have NEVER lived in a suburb where I am having to call the council on a monthly basis to either recollect or replace my bin. If only the bin drivers contracted today had a level of care for there job like the old school bin man would. No wonder no one gifts the bin man a carton of beer anymore like we used to. Compaints fall on deaf ears though. No one cares at Cumberland Council or URM to enforce a level of care from there employees.

Is it a bird , is it a plane , no it’s URM swooping in and lifting my worries away. I never thought I’d be so emotionally stimulated by a waste management company but wow , these guys deserve it. Not only have I never had any issues with URM doing my council bins but I had such a great experience with my business bins. The manager Midge came the same day and sorted me out with a new bin after my old one was damaged. He also helped the neighbouring business get a better deal and more suitable pick up times. Couldn’t be more happy with Midge and the URM team doin the bins.

The boys at URM have been so professional from the very, Beginning. Big shout out to Emilio, Always very prompt on the phone, Accomodating all of my requests when i ask with no issue. Their trucks have been on time all year. Highly Recommend!!

I have changed this review to 5 stars. I had an issue with the garbage collection at my residence and after contacting the company to get the issue resolved the response was well above expectations and I couldn't be more thrilled. I strongly believe a good response to customer feedback is the backbone of a good business and this one hit the nail on the head! Thank you Chris for your amazing response!

Customer service is always professional, but the administration is always a let done. Their trucks break down occasionally, and the Accounts department will still bill for non-pick ups. When you bring it to their attention, they are terrible in following through and takes months for them to issue a credit note to correct their error and in the meantime they sent automated statements and letters of demand. Terrible admin from both accounts and management. Paper trail needs to be improved.

My family has been woken up for the last month by a URM truck collecting commercial rubbish at 1-3am. I even called URM to give them a warning last week to that I would report them to council if they did not cease however last night at 2am the truck turned up again. Unacceptable and illegal.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional, basically calling me a lair after I told him his rubbish "removalists" didn't remove everything. I offered to send him photos but he insisted that he already had ones showing a clean footpath. As you can see from the ACTUAL photos below, this is far from being correct. If I could give 0 stars I would.
