Do not enter into a contract with this company unless you are prepared for repeated 30% price increases and zero accountability. We worked with them for four years and signed two contracts. In earlier years, although prices were raised, they were at least willing to discuss and slightly reduce the increase. That minimal willingness to engage is the only reason we continued. This past year, they increased our fee by approximately 30% again — without any formal written notice or contract amendment. The only mention of the increase was a small line on the receipt. When we refused to accept this and requested a direct discussion with management, there was no response. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they sent a debt collection letter. After four years of partnership, this is how they treat their clients. Make your decision carefully.

terrible service. I've been with them for more than 10 years. How I have been treated was disgraceful. Price increase without notice regularly. Sneakly renewed my contract with no clear communication whatsoever. I've been charged multiple occasions when I cancelled the service but still came in to empty my empty bins. Being ripped off for so many years, being rude to me. Charge me dishonest fee therefore forced me to setup direct debit. Horrible company I wish I could give a negative star.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They appear polite but are completely unprofessional. No contract is sent, yet they charge you whether they collect rubbish or not, claiming bins were "closed" even when they weren’t. When you question the charges, they intimidate you, send debt collectors, and put you in a very awkward and stressful position. For small businesses, this is a nightmare — they don’t care about your situation, only about pressuring you to pay. Be careful and look for other waste companies that are far more reliable and professional.

I wish there was a zero stars rating. Terrible company to deal with. Not good to their customers at all. They will leave hanging with a pile of rubish and couldn't care less. Do yourself a favour and look for a better provider

Please tell the JJ richards garbo truck not to take spontaneous right turns off Footbridge Boulevard Wentworth Point onto Wentworth place then chuck a uturn at the buttom of Burroway Rd then back uphill Wentworth Place then right onto Boulevard every Wednesday. Driver is creating unnecessary risks here there is no traffic lights and allot of kids crossing unattended, we do not want any fatalities!!!

Given the current 1.8 rating on Google I am clearly not the only one to deal with this disgraceful company. In every possible way that you could rate customer service they fail and by a huge margin. Everything every other 1 star reviewer has said it true. Not being picked up, unresponsive, bins unlocked, incorrect charges, you name it they do it. Thankfully in the world of the internet whilst their management doesn't look at reviews potential customers do and I can promise you choose these people and you will be disappointed. There is far better options out there.
