Great friendly service. They were happy to answer my questions and help me decide on which bin suited my needs. Delivered the bin when they said they would and picked it up when I was done. Very competitive rates and great to deal with. I highly recommend Ezi Bin.

We were recommended Ezi-Bin Skips by a mid mountains local tradie that had used them often. Booking was easy and quick plus it was refreshing to have Wayne rock up the next day, land the skip in the perfect spot and take away the filled skips in a jiffy. I whish, I had read the reviews about weekend deliveries before I placed my order. It would seem that this is not a 7 day week buisness. My order ( #20024) was order online for a Saturday called at the end of Saturday no answer, no ability to leave a message whuch seems to be a common thread in these reviews. To be honest if they had only delivered weekdays I could have worked with that, but if you accept bookings for a weekend and take the payment then you should deliver. I now have wasted 2 day of busy schedule waiting for the bin. ##Update - The very clear instruction from the owner and driver was the bin would be picked up on Friday, and if I wanted more time to let them know before Friday. I didn't need more time and yet again I am waiting for the bin to be picked up days after it was supposed too. The problem is not online ordering its the poor customer service and dealing with people. Offering extra days is not really a way to fix the issue, not a buisness I would use again.

They are getting worse! Have used this company for a total of 8 bins so far at my house and I will not use them again. Had one of their bins delivered, but filled that up pretty fast, so I ordered another one. They accepted my booking on a Saturday, charged my card at the time, so I'm thinking all is good; order received, acknowledged, money taken. Waiting for the bin......no bin. I call multiple times throughout Saturday, but they didn't pick up, when I do finally get ahold of someone it is some staff member that the phones have been diverted to who is trying to enjoy his weekend and has no idea why he's receiving the call! Alas...... No bin. So the bin eventually arrives on Monday. Slow clap 👏👏👏 Look around, there are other bin companies servicing the same area, just without the flashy website. But if you want poor automated service, go to these guys. In the plus side; the Bin delivery guys are legends, good hard working guys that try their hardest to satisfy their customers; they deserve better management.
