Auss Skip Bins

This company has bad communication. I booked a bin 2 days ago. I noticed that I made a mistake on the address straight after booking. My error and I take responsibility for it. I called them straight away after confirmation (minutes after placing order). I got no answer and left a message in regards to my mistake and asked for a call back to sort everything out. I didn’t get a call back or reply. The next day I get a call that the bin is being delivered. They claimed that they didn’t receive a call from me even after I proved I had with screen shots of my call. As we couldn’t get the bin delivered to the right address at a time needed, I had no choice but to cancel the bin. I got charged $130 for an issue that could of been easily rectified if only the had better communication. So I tried again to communicate with them to find a solution but now they don’t want to answer their phone or return their messages. Don’t waste your time with this company. Very unprofessional. Plenty of better skip hire companies out there.

Agreed on price and availability of trailer to buy second hand. Showed up not 30 minutes later to be told trailer is already sold days ago. Shows how trustworthy these people care which by the looks of other reviews is reflected in the way they do business across the board

Booked a skip via bookabin. Could not contact the supplier Auss Skip Bins by phone because their mailbox is full. Texted to get an ETA and was told 3-6pm today. Sent a follow up text at 5:30 wondering where my delivery was, as well as several texts since and all have been ignored. It is now 6:20pm and my skip has not been delivered and I have not been contacted. This business is a scam, do not waste your money. I will be filing a fraudulent claim with my bank and reporting them to the ACCC for their complete lack of responsiveness and professionalism, not to mention the fact that I paid for a service they have not provided. I doubt they will willingly give me a refund if they can't even provide the skip. Edit: The driver turned up after 9:30pm. Unloading a skip is very loud and no doubt would have been disturbing to my neighbours. The driver did not apologise for the delay or make any mention of the fact that he was over 3 hours late. He was also on the phone while operating the heavy machinery. I have yet to receive a response to any of my texts yesterday or today and the skip is supposed to be picked up by 6pm Monday 20th so we will see if they show up or not like in other reviews. Edit: when my husband and I got home from work on Monday 20th the skip was gone. I still would not recommend using this company.

Ordered a skip bin for Saturday morning, was not delivered until 7pm. Bin was supposed to be removed on Tuesday, yet has not been removed. It is blocking access to our roller door. The company has not answered my calls over the past 4 days. I've had to escalate the matter with the local council and consumer affairs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! we hired a month ago to remove garden waste. When driver picked up the skip he did significant damage to our driveway (a massive hole 30 cm diameter and 30 cm deep) Called owner who asked us to get a quote so he will fixed - one was obtained and emailed to them ($1000) !! Constant chase up of email - no response. My husband had been trying to call them for weeks now and call always ends up "mailbox is full" I tried calling on my mobile - they answered. The minute they knew what we were calling about we were put on hold. Then hangs up ... call back and they have now blocked my number also ! Have done the same on my two sons phones - the minute they know what we are calling about they put us on hold then block your number ! Lady on the phone is a rude b**ch I’m now left paying $1000 for a damaged driveway !!

Good service however the bin is still at my house which was supposed to be picked up 5 days ago. Haven't heard anything from the business as to when the bin will be picked up. Tried calling and emailing multiple times and have not had a return call or response. Bit un-professional not to pick a bin 5 days after the pick up date.

Skip arrived on time on Tuesday. I made arrangements for it to be picked up on Thursday. Nothing happened. I rang. Message said they'd ring me back. They didn't. Further phone calls weren't answered. I texted. After several texts from me, they promised pick-up on Monday. They didn't come. Two more texts from me and they said "definitely today (Wednesday) between 3 and 6 pm. Nothing. It's Thursday, three times now they've promised a pick-up and the skip is still here. In the meantime I had to cancel another service needing access to my drive, and the cancellation cost me. Am sooooo frustrated.
