All Town Skips

If you do use this company and I advise you don’t- get a skip bin 5 times bigger than you need and only fill 1/5 of it, otherwise the excess weight charge is hefty. I ordered a bin twice the size I needed and only half filled and still received a $255 excess weight charge. Also arrived 2 days late.

Over the last few years I have used this company. I wont go anywhere else. The owner can be a bit growly and abrupt but in saying that, she has a business to run and I have no doubt being a small business in a popular field, she has had her share of people trying to dodge paying and reading the T&Cs. Her staff [from the admin to the drivers] are nothing short of friendly, helpful and understanding. I will never go anywhere else. 5 stars every day of the week. Thank you Team All Town Skips.

Great service delivery and pick up. Very accommodating to all types of housing Very easily organised and prompt response We have now used them on multiple occasions and would definately use them again

Absolutely disgraceful!!! I called to ask about hiring a skip. The woman answered with an abrubt ‘hello’ only. To which I responded ‘is this the number to hire skips?’ No mention of their company. She replied ‘yes’ However while I was asking that question she spoke over the top of me the whole time conversing with someone else, (I thought it was a cross line) Why answer a call at all if you’re busy with someone/thing else? I asked her if she delivers to Paterson. Again I received an abrubt ‘Nup’. (How about, no we don’t deliver that far) It was ‘Nup’. And that was it. If this is the face of the company, I am shocked that this business still operates. Someone needs to teach this woman the correct way to answer calls, and how to speak to potential customers. I would never recommend this company solely on her disgusting attitude. Wake up!

I have never had such wonderful service as I have than with this company!!!!! Nothing was a problem and their customer service was impeccable!!!!!! The pricing was the best in the Newcastle & Maitland area!!!!!

I used All Town Skips several times during my renovations. Amazing service, my calls were always answered and skip bins were delivered and picked up when stated. It was very easy dealing with the team at All Town Skips. I will definitely use them again and have no issues with recommending them
