First phoned and talked to Ren. He was professional and answered all my questions, quickly and precisely. Juan and Andrew did the rubbish collection. They were curtious and loaded the truck quickly. All in all, very pleased with price and quality of people I dealt with. Recommend and will use again.

I had a double bed mattress and disassembled frame to ditch. The guys that came to pick it up, were communicative, punctual, friendly, and professional. Oh and quick. They earned the 5 stars. It did take the company three days to secure a truck and team to pick up my stuff, and the communication around that certainly could have been more proactive. But they were apologetic and promptly responded to my queries.
