Over past few months, when I call to arrange a pickup, it never turns up, I keep getting forgotten. I try to ring (as I have done today from 3.30pm) and no-one answers phone. Office says open until 4.30. Last week I was ringing at 4.00pm and no answer and no answering machine. I have been dealing with them for 20 years and last 12 months have found their service to have dropped off big time.

After looking at different options of skip sized, prices etc . I went with this company. They dropped skip off on day they said they would, and placed it really good on nature strip so it didn’t restrict cars going in /out of my driveway, or anyone parking on street. It was a large skip, and l only wanted it for a couple of days, but they give you a week. I filled it in 3 days and called them and they picked it up early the next day. No hassles, great business to deal with. I was told about this company from a relative, so l knew they would be good. No extra cost for delivering the slip even when they are located in next town. I found they had the best price for the larger skips.

On several occasions they do not pick up our skip bin, they never answer the phone when I call to try organise them to pick it up after they keep forgetting to do it. Ive asked for a monthly pickup and then they still don’t show up.

Booked a bin to be dropped off at 9am Friday morning on Monday, called at 11.30am when nobody had arrived to be advised the driver was running behind schedule and would attend "after lunch" waited until 3.30pm, called the company back again only to be advised that he was not coming at all and would have to reschedule until Monday - would have got 1 star except the receptionist and man who called back were apologetic and nice enough but no compensation or price reduction offered regardless of the significant inconvenience. Very disappointing

Absolutely loved the quick delivery of the skip. Love the fact, we get to have it for 7 days. Before they pick it up. Have had 2-3 bins so far, over the last few months. Booking 1 in the very near future 👍🏻💯

We had this company for a few yrs, just for a personal house skip. We didn't have a choice, due to crappy shire council not offering wheelie bin service even with extremely high rates. They were constantly wanting more money every month, due to some months having 5 weeks ( they want a whole months payment for this). There receptionist's at head office are rude and incompetent and cause most of the trouble..receptionist at Morwell are pretty good . Never again!
