Skip arrived almost immediately and offered great competitive prices. Only issue was collection. Took over 3 weeks and a follow up call almost every day only to be told 'tomorrow' and then nothing. I appreciate its a busy time but the skip was left on my lawn for so long it ruined the grass. Otherwise, happy with all others aspects of GCS.

Best waste management job ordered a bin 2:00 and asked can you do it at 3:00 the said I’m sorry we can only do 4:00 I agreed when the bin came it came right on 3:00, I WOULD recommend this company

Made a booking through this company Was told the bin would be delivered at 10am. I had to be somewhere at 11am bin arrived just after 11am🤦‍♀️ rang them on a Saturday to let them know bin was ready to be picked up. Was told someone would be there on Monday or Tuesday for pick up. Bin wasn't picked up on either of the days was told address was on the list to be picked up and the drivers work up till 6pm. However Bin was still not picked up. Called again following day (weds) to their surprise they had no idea the bin wasn't picked up. Poor time management. Overall service was okay.

Easy to book, could deliver following day, reasonable prices, picked up on time at end of booking. Would happily use again.
