10/10 for this company. I hadn’t ordered a skip bin personally before but I have to say I could not be more impressed by Allmetrobins They responded to my initial query immediately with a follow up phone call and identified I had incorrectly put the wrong address as the delivery address (thankfully!) Then they delivered it promptly and perfectly. No damage to my verge or grass. Then as they stated on their website "customers often underestimate the rubbish". I was one of them and filled the 7m3 skip bin in one session I emailed at 12:26am and asked in the off chance they could deliver another one and collect this one ASAP and luckily for me, they had a spare bin and by 7am the next day, the filled bin was collected and the new bin was delivered. Absolutely amazing service and fairly priced. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Asked about availability of a bin for the following day, a long weekend, the lady called me back to say it was possible. Delivered next day. Picked up earlier than the week hire at my request. Great service!

A very big THANK YOU to Allmetro Bins. In the past we have used Total Waste Disposal but their abysmal service over our last few bookings led us to find a new company this time. Allmetro Bins were helpful, bin order was easy ... they fully understood we needed it at a specific time and taken away when we asked. The driver was prompt and placed the bin where we asked and took the bin away when requested..... GREAT SERVICE. Allmetro Bins are a bit more money BUT saying that you don't mind paying a bit more IF YOU ACTUALLY GET THE SERVICE YOU ASK FOR. Thank you to Allmetro Bins we will definitely be using you again ...
