After 3 days of rain they charged us almost 40% cost of the skip and weren’t not accomodating. Use skips regularly never had this kind of surcharge will not use this company again

We have used Big Rat Skip Bins at least half a dozen times over the past few years. Easy to deal with, reasonably priced, efficient delivery and pick up. Very easygoing. We won't hire a skip from anywhere else.

Fantastic people to deal with and respond to emails within a reasonable time frame. Skip bin was as described and the driver was friendly. The only thing I would say would be it would be good if they communicated an eta for the bin to be delivered, I needed the bin earlier than I received it, however end result very happy and will use them again.

Big Rat Skip Bins are great! We used them for our house renovation. We ended up needing to have our skip bin emptied and replaced three times and it was no problem at all for them. They were always there to pick up/deliver a new bin when they said they would be, very reliable. They were very accommodating and answered the phone or called me back when I needed to get in touch. Highly recommended and we will definitely use them again.
