Western Cheap Bin Hire

Worst customer service I have ever received!! Wish that I could give them minus 10 stars! Extremely unprofessional. And the way I was spoken to on the phone was deplorable. I am not sure why they have such high reviews, I think they must ask their mates to do the reviews... We hired the bin for three days, took over a week for them to collect it! In that time we had people off the street going through it and dumping their own rubbish in it. From the start we contacted them several times to get the day they were going to actually deliver the bin, then for pick up we were ignored for days and days when we asked for them to please pick it up. On pick up we saw in our Ring Camera that they went through some of the rubbish and threw pieces of rubbish (broken side table, cardboard boxes etc) all over our driveway like animals!! When I called to ask why, the guy was SOOOOOO RUDE and said it was above the line, but it was NOT above the line, we have proof, cameras are everywhere on our property. I personally think they were annoyed at us because we wanted the bin to be finally taken away. We wanted to be able to actually use our driveway again, and were not happy with strangers looking through the bin. Avoid this company. Their pricing is not any cheaper than other places, so there is no need to go through them. - you have been warned.

Was a bit unsure from the start with these guys, I had to call them 3/4 times before I got a response about the bin delivery, once they came to drop the bin off it was a smooth drop off no issues there, BUT once the bin was fulled and the days I booked it for were up ( 3 days I hired for ) no one came to collect the bin…. For nearly a week after I had to contact them 3 times asking when someone will be coming to collect the bin… in this time passes by had thrown their own rubbish in the bin, which caused it to be even more filled ( after 3 days I was at work and no longer able to park in front of the bin stopping people from throwing rubbish in that’s why I wanted it gone asap ) I was annoyed as I knew I’d be charged more if it was over filled ( which it still WAS NOT and I have camera footage to prove it ) Once they FINALLY came to collect the bin, they decided to THROW some rubbish, some stuff they threw out was first put in their so they went through the bin to pick stuff out ( no, it was nothing that wasn’t allowed it was recycling boxes and a broken little table and bags of rubbish) to throw on my drive way… I called them to ask what the hell was happening and the driver was quite aggressive and rude, once I mentioned I had security cameras showing it he hung up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great service, friendly staff. The driver placed the bin with great care and made sure there was plenty of room for my car to pass which I was pleasantly impressed with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We have used a handful of bin hire companies, unfortunately the pricing and service dropped hence we started using Western. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for a prompt and fair priced bin delivery

Dropped off on time, driver very approachable and friendly, picked up FIRST THING on day of agreed pick up, calls professional and follow ups. A worthwhile company to use.
