Instant Waste Management

Instant Waste Management is irresponsible. They dropped off a bin at our neighbours’ house and hit our block wall in the process. The wall is now off its footing and is unstable, presenting a safety concern. The driver got out of his truck, took a photo, and drove off but not before knocking over the City of Vincent park boundary post. Multiple phone calls and emails remain unanswered. They just don’t take responsibility for damage they cause.

For weeks they have been delivering bins to the building next door and always anytime between 4.30am - 7.00am! Waking up everyone in the street with their beeping reverse alarm, clanging chains and bins going up and down on the trucks. No care as to the noise they are creating at that time of the morning! 🤬

AVOID AT ALL COSTS They Have left a massive Oil spill on our site, have not replied to multiple emails or calls. They are simply not taking ownership of the Massive oil Contamination they have created on our site. will be reporting them to the EPA.

Booked a bin for Friday weeks in advance, didn’t come Friday, rang Monday morning and told I couldn’t get it till Tuesday sometime. Such a disappointing experience.

Put the bin in the wrong spot, ruined my driveway, ruined my neighbours little retaining wall as a result. Won’t take any responsibility. Won’t help pay to fix it. Won’t even acknowledge they’ve put it in the wrong spot. Just keep saying they’ve passed the email to the operations manager. They will continue to ignore your emails and hang up all the time on you. Very average company, and very average service.

For 4 years I used them as a business customer for a 1.5m lift bin and a 1200L cardboard bin. Occasionally they came a day late but honestly when you are paying 1/3rd the price of competitors expecting anything more is unrealistic. The drivers were generally very friendly. Office staff a little disorganized but I called them once or twice in 4 years so who cares.
