Kiwi Skip Bins

Neighbours hired a skip, truck crushed our storm water pipe and buisnes isn't willing to help with damaged as the photos of the tyre marks sunk into grass ontop of the pipe aren't acceptable the want video evidence of truck doing damage and evidence of driver being approached about damage. I never hired these clowns and never will.

Authentic Kiwi service with a smile. Great delivery and pick up service. Adaptable to change and providing extra services.

They were quick to take my money and it took them days to get the bin to me. Then when they were called to collect the bin it was days latter before they did. I wouldn't refer this bin company to anyone. Terribly all round and arrogant to talk with on the phone. Be very careful if you decide to use kiwi Bins they have no consideration for their customer's, or your needs and wants. They encourage you to pay in cash but driver's don't carry change, I'm still waiting for my change owed to me by Kiwi Bins, if I could give a minus star rating I would be giving minus 5 stars.

Drop off was on time and I requested an early pick up which was no problem for them. Very reasonable prices, friendly and easy to deal with. This company is now my go to for skips.

It was delivered a day earlier then what it was booked for, which I wasn't home for to tell them where to drop it, so they just dumped it on my driveway blocking my gate where we had to actually climb the fence to get into our own house. Rang them (Friday afternoon) sent them photos of the bin, didn't fix it, said they would call me Saturday morning with a solution, didn't hear from them at all. Horrible service and would not recommend at all.

Kiwi skip bins were absolutely amazing to me. They had the bin ready for me before I arrived from out of state and were phenomenal at accomidatting me at the last minute to a bigger size bin. It may have been a bit of an inconvenience for them but they went above and beyond to meet my needs! I highly recommend them and I will go back for sure. It was a pleasure doing business.

I needed a skip a very short notice on a saturday and Kiwi Skip bins were incredible. They were so hopeful and had a skip at my door in a few hours. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend this business.
