WM Waste Management Services

Have just used WM for waste related to a big house clean in Blackburn South. Can vouch they are a legit company who are reliable with drop off and pick up days. Have used skip providers previously who can’t commit to a pick up day but WM are solid. If you live on the Eastside of Melbourne this is the best company to use. They are based in Boronia and local people answer the phone. The lady i spoke to was very friendly.

Incompetent customer service. Talks with condescending and arrogant tone. Sent an email with pictures showing where the hard rubbish is on Saturday 22 November. Collection week comes by and rubbish is still yet to be collected. Rang them on Friday 28 November during collection week asking what’s happening and they straight up told me people who came by the property on Wednesday 26 November said there was no rubbish to be collected. Told them to have a look at the email I sent and then it proceeded from "there was no rubbish to be collected" to "your rubbish is on the wrong spot". Person on the phone wasn’t being helpful. Talked with 3 different people and all of them were just in competition on who is the best at gaslighting. I had no dramas with collection during previous years so I don’t know why this is so much of a hassle. An email, text or a simple phone call would’ve been great. Lack of communication and incompetence staffs. Really surprised me how these muppets got hired. They’re bringing shame to this company.

"Good Job Guys" collecting that hard rubbish at Brady road. That property has hard rubbish on the last 2 weeks, no one came to collect, and the wind did all the mess.

Terrible customer service! Call up to lodge a complaint and get a refund on my hard rubbish collection and the person couldn’t give a damn or assist me in anyway. Could give a little bit of empathy.

Great experience with WM Waste! From the great customer service on the phone to the on time delivery and pick up of my bin. I will be using this company again.

Amazing bin hire experience. I called around before going ahead with my order and their pricing is very good. The ladies organising the drop off and pickup times know what they’re doing. I have learnt that this is important because with other companies the bin doesn’t turn up when you need it.

The Council needs to terminate this Company’s waste collection contract they don’t turn up when they have booked you in for a specific date and when they do finally come they find any excuse not to take your waste as their employees are too lazy to pick up a few untied branches… scared they may break a nail or job too hard for you, 5 min too long out of your day maybe get another job!! You’re paid to remove rubbish, DO YOUR JOB. Obviously already been paid by the council so don’t care about the customer.
