I came by their Botany place to drop off a TV and some other e-waste. I couldn't get through the gate as there were trucks filling the space. No problem. Not one but two staff members independently came over offering to help. Smiles, a no worries helpful attitude. A quick check of what else they could take (laptop, phone) and couldn't (an old steam vacuum). Great service.
