What a pathetic service, This company is a scam and stealing people money. Don't use them. We have ordered a 6m3 bin and they have delivered skip bin with cofulte walls, How can we put hard stuff like plasterboards and demolished kitchen stuff, When I have emailed them their answer was bin is delivered. There wasn't any skip bin shown in the website. This company is a joke, don't spend your money on these thieves.

Bed service ever. Run from them like a pledge! When you book it, you will lose money, as you cannot contact the admin when it has problems. Totally a scam

if only this business could be expelled from the general business community — it would save a lot of innocent customers heartache. presumably the customer service is dished out by its owners because no business with any common sense would keep the admin/customer service person that has consistently brought disrepute to them in her position. how diabolically shameful that any of the other similar businesses score an average review of 4.8/5 and this pathetic waste of space consistently 1 but not reflecting reality when everyone comments they’d go even lower if possible

Ordered a 6m3 skip bin, which generally has a 4 tonne limit. Got delivered a 6m3 Lite Bin which had a 900kg limit. Essentially a flat pack bin. No where on website does it say you will be severely limited by weight. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

This is a scam. Booked a 4 cubic meter clean fill skip bin. After booking the booking confirmation, email states that the weight limit is 600kg. There is a surcharge of $50 for every 100kg beyond this. There is no mention of this at the time of booking. Industry standard for 4 cubic meter bin is 4000kg. Called and cancelled. Still waiting for refund. They will take $40 as cancellation charges even though I called them within 30 minutes of booking.

Takes no responsability AVOID! I booked a skip bin through Bookabin.com.au the skip bin was never dropped off, then got a very RUDE call from Andrew the owner of the skip bin supplier, saying that I ordered the wrong bin and that I wasn't going to get one, then Bookabin.com.au charged me $200 for 'wasting their time' I have fomally complaint with the OFT and will make sure everyone avoids this scammers.

Very rude on the phone, demanded extra payment claiming that bin was overfilled however there is no way the 450kg capacity was reached nor was it over the lip. Took skip away while demanding an extra $270 and said if it wasn't paid he would dump the bin at the house. Don't waste your time on these guys
