Auss Skip Bins

The company was contacted for a Saturday morning delivery of a 3 m3 skip. Upon receiving confirmation of booking, I texted to confirm a delivery time. Response was 11.00 - 2.00pm for a 'morning delivery'?, not ideal, but I had labour coming to assist. So hopefully I could still make my evening commitments. 2.00pm comes and skip is nowhere in sight, 9 phone calls later, a text, asking if they could tell me where and when skip would show? No response what so ever... Until at 3.17 a truck turns up, just expecting that this is the way to do business. I said I no longer want their skip, as I had cancelled labour contractors and had commitments to attend to. They took skip away and then proceeded to take full payment from my account on Monday. Their website states a two hour delivery window, they took the liberty of a three hour window, then show up at 3.17, when I requested an AM delivery. I have made numerous attempts to talk to business (dozens of unanswered calls) about this situation with no response.

I arranged for the skip to be taken away last Thursday. The following Monday, it is still sitting in my driveway. I have phoned 3 times, and get an answering machine message, promising a callback, but nobody ever calls back. I have had to cancel another booking that requires access to my driveway — which cost me extra. I'm so frustrated.

Very poor. I ordered a 4 cubic metre skip, but a 2 cubic metre skip has been deilvered. I have tried calling 14 times, the phone just rings out and says that the mail box is full, so I can't even leave a message. I have tried to contact them via their web page, no response. Totally unprofessional. Do not use.

Goes by multiple aliases, also by 'findskipbins'. They take your money, don't deliver the bin and then are not contactable. They will likely leave a fake reply saying they've 'resolved the issue'.
