Rung up 3:20 pm 06/02/26. After the metal recyclers they forward scrap to. Young lady said it was Infrabuild, then got frustrated when I asked her to confirm the spelling and hung up on me. I rung back but the phone was off the hook. I understand a lot of new Australians have limited English skills but she clearly didn't care and refused to get someone who was capable to help with the spelling.

Updated pricing picture loaded. Reasonable pricing for the area. Lady was friendly and helpful at the entry point. Got a bit lost, but the gents around site were so helpful directing me and assisting with materials. I would have liked to see disfigured soft plastics, and there was a sign at entry stating no paint, which I had to take home with me. Would come again

Had a couple of guys come and collect my hard rubbish I had booked through MVCC. They were both friendly, efficient and took all my rubbish away. As an old employee of Cleanaway its nice to see the professionalism still operates with the guys in the trucks, the ones on your front line and extremely important.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Turned up with a load of soil only to be told they no longer accept it. No signage at the entrance, no notice online, nothing to let people know beforehand. Their excuse? "We just stopped accepting it recently." Yet at the same time, they’re handing out flyers for other tips — most of which don’t even take the same waste streams. Complete waste of time and fuel. Zero communication, zero accountability. Absolute clowns.

Supposedly offer free cardboard recycling but on three occasions I’ve gone only to be told the bins are full.

There's not a single thing any of the Cleanaway staff could have done better when I went to the Brooklyn Centre this morning with a carload to drop off. Friendly staff who were all very, very helpful and efficient. I was amazed that I didn't even have to get out of my car as staff unloaded everything from the back seat and the boot! Thank you all very much. (I'm also going to put this on Cleanaway's Head Office Review page so they'll also know how grateful and impressed I was.)

Friendly staff and easy to follow directions; the price to dump rubbish is so high compared to the past but this place is very comparable in price to other local tips! We will return when we need to next (Pic of updated prices attached) Jan 2024
