We had Veolia supply bins to the rocket building for a strip out job, the driver after unloading bin put the boom up to check heights and forgot to put it down. The damage cost us over 9k after he hit the fire mains and floodef 3 level, still to date we haven't paid for the damage.
We asked them to place their bins correctly off the road as they are blocking part of the road. No one call us back and the bins are still blocking the road. Absolutely disgusting service as they don’t give a …. If we could we wouldn’t give them even 1 star Thank you for your response (within 1 hr) The elephant is still in the room🥴 So do not ask me if I want to discuss any further jut move the bins and I will remove the review or it will be more reviews as there is about 150 residents who are sick and tired to go around the bins (sticking out on the road) because the driver is too lazy to push them further back 🤦♂️
Let us keep the skip for 2 weeks with no harassment and picked it up within the hour when called.
