Flehan Skips

Flehan skips truck in front of me failed to properly secure its load, which resulted in item falling off and damaging my vehicle. Company do not accept any responsibility for any damage.

I had a good experience with these guys recently. I had good communication from Kerinda in the office and the man that delivered/picked up the skip was pleasant and worked carefully in my narrow driveway.

The information on their website is misleading and communication (or lack of) is not great. Specifically, drop off and collection times do not marry and leave the customer short on allocated time. ie- one would assume if I hire a skip for 24 hours, I get 24 hours. Instead I was shortchanged by 4 hours. When questioned, I was told the bin was basically full and not much else would have fit in. Repeated email attempts to discuss or find a resolution go un-answered. Office staff were great.

The driver of a truck that pulled up along Wyatt Street to collect the Flehan Skip bin on Saturday 27th March 2021 at 12PM was rude and obnoxious. I had spent 30mins driving around to find a street park when a guy finally pulled out of a park next to a skip bin that was positioned on the street (in a car parking spot). I pulled in to take the park, got out of the car and started to walk towards Rundle Mall. At the same time, a Flehan truck pulled into the street, saw I had just gotten out of the car right next to the skip bin he was there to collect and immediately gestured for me to move the car. I said to him I had just parked, he kept repeating "move it" rudely and in a commanding manner. I continued to insist i wasn't willing to move it and he pointed at me and said "you will be fined!". For what i'm not sure as i was parked in a legit car parking spot within allowed times/days. I said you wouldn't have been able to pick up this bin if i wasn't here to which he replied "but i DID see you". Chances were that bin he was there to collect would have been blocked by cars (if it weren't mine it would have been another car)...clearly picked the wrong time to do the pick up but some manners or just being civil when he spoke would have gotten him a better response from me. Rude rude rude.

I recently tried Flehan skips for my roofing business after being let down by other skips companies time and time again, Flehan skips excelled in their service. The skips were delivered on time and also picked up on time, resulting in a smooth process throughout the job. Their communication was brilliant. Highly recommend.

On the occasions i require a Skip Bin, Flehan Skips are the business I go to.I have never been let down by them, and as always very impressed with the service. Always delivered and removed on time. Great business to deal with. Highly recommend

Stuff kept flying out, had to dodge chairs and wooden planks for a good 10 minutes. he refused to pullover until we pulled infront and made him 🙁
