Charge you double afterwards, use them if you want to pay double. If you don’t pay they will default you on Equifax. Non negotiable and probably their way of scamming innocent individuals. We had other bins at the same time and they would not pick up the bin until you had paid the previous dispute charges, and since it’s been so long sitting out in the open, they charged me again for over the weight because it had been collecting rain water over the months! steer away. use a more reputable and reliable business!
