Monash Bin Hire

Skip bin was not collected on the agreed date after our renovation finished (24 December). We were told it would be removed by 31 December, but it remained on our private property well beyond that despite multiple follow-ups. Communication was poor and uncoordinated. The person we were dealing with appeared to have limited visibility, and the owner later advised he had been on holiday and unaware of earlier messages. The bin was eventually removed, but only after escalation, and the visit was unannounced, which led to an unnecessary and heated exchange. This situation could have been avoided with clearer internal communication and timely pickup. Based on this experience, I won’t be using or recommending this company for future work.

A neighbour ordered a bin for demolition. The bin was delivered, filled and never collected. Its has never been sitting in our court for over 3 months! It is in a precarious position in a small suburban court of 8 houses, partially on their property and partially on the road. The placement of the bin has created a dangerous blind spot for residents driving in and out of the court Small children are unable to use the court to ride bikes or play because of the bin. We have made numerous phone calls to Monash Waste Bins and the relevant council, still, no one has come to collect it! This skip bin is not only an eyesore but presents immediate danger to the families that live here. We have been told that it will be collected....still waiting....something must be done before something awful happens!

Monash delivered a bin to my house even though we didn't order it we were unable to get anything from our back yard passed the bin they said they would remove the bin by Christmas they didn't rang 4 times in the newyear each time we were told the bin would be removed it wasn't then we rang today to b told what do you expect we have been on holidays. I expected not to have a bin delivered to my house when I didn't order it I had to hire a trailer because I could not get mine past the bin. The customer service has been non existent.

Been waiting for my bin the be picked up since Tuesday. Entire driveway blocked. Unresponsive. Promised to collect and no show. So frustrating.

Caused over $2000 in damages to my property in May of 2024, still waiting for full compensation. Now with VCAT. I strongly recommend you DO NOT use Monash Bins; find a reputable contractor that can be trusted to repair any accidental damage.

My 60 year old dad hired a bin from these guys, 2 days later it hasn’t arrived and he’s pay $800+ for it. Tried ringing this company and no one picks up, avoid these guys

I been waiting from last 3.or 4 weeks to collect skip bin ' 1 of the guy keep telling me we picked today ' still waiting very poor service.
