I give 2 instead of 1 because they are some goods and consistent sometime, only sometime. Driver show up late and couldn't pick up to empty (chair and table on the way due to business hour, blame the business for opening and didn't prepare charging us for their own inconsistent. Driver bad attitude sometime and we never knew what went wrong. Ask if I will change other service? Probably better chance to get what you want.

Thanks to your staff member who thinks it is appropriate to box my car in (close enough to damage the paint) after emptying the bins that were not there when I parked it. My car is legally parked and there was at least 200 metres either side of it with no cars parked but your driver thinks it is appropriate to leave your bins basically against the back of my car.

Never late! friendly staff! Not too picky if you over fill the bin!

I am quite disappointed with Speedie Waste's early morning operations. Their waste trucks arrive before 5 AM during the week, making an incredible amount of noise that disrupts our sleep and it's frustrating that this concern hasn't been addressed. We have reached out to the council about this issue.

Before I sign up with them Rachael from sales department pretend to be professional right after she sign me up you never hear from her again. For 3 weeks they never sent a driver to collect my rubbish every time I have to make a phone call to the office, they apologise and send a driver to come back to pick up my rubbish. Watch out , they are not capable of providing any sort of service . Simply they don’t not care and don’t understand how their lack of care put their customers operation at risk.

Very dissatisfied with there rep never returned my messages I was the one chasing them no customer service!. I was going to be a potential new customer!!. After telling them from the start that I work from home then 3 days later get told oh its a residential area not sure if we can do that area. After explaining that JJ Richards don't have a problem servicing the area and the street is a very wide road she replied she'd have to speak with the driver ,fair enough I thought. Still didn't get a call back so i again had to call her to get the response sorry we don't do residential areas. Well great customer service you'll never hear back from me nor anyone I know!!!!. If they didn't want to do this area then fine should of told me that from the start, luckily I still have my current bin as that was getting picked up the following day to be returned then I would of had nothing..

Wildly difficult to book in a skip bin. Awful customer service. Ended up booking elsewhere quickly and easily.
