Shocking company. Drivers half empty bins. Spread rubbish over lawns. The staff are rude. Council need to change the contract
Just rang Handybin office and they said no bulk pickups for two months. Sorry this is not a services for Coffs Harbour residence if there is no service for two two months.Was told by Coffs Harbour City Council you can call Handybin two times a year from March too March and pay $44.00 for 3m3 for bulk and they will pick it up. >Not true< Next Monday is the last bulk P/U for two months in Coffs.
YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF HOW TO SPEAK POLITELY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE!!! DO THEY EVEN UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE????
