Would not recommend this business to anyone. We were told that we would have our skip delivered first thing in the morning on the day of delivery. We had family come help us for the day who made a special trip and we essentially waited the whole day for the skip. We phoned to ask how long til the skip arrived and were then told it wouldn't be delivered til 4pm. 4.30pm came around and we phoned to say that we would like to cancel due to their poor time management and customer service. The so-called owner Steve was extremely rude and aggressive. I honestly don't know how he still has a business because he clearly lacks good customer service skills. He told us that we would have to pay a cancellation fee of 60% plus travel costs which essentially wouldn't give us a refund at all. The bin finally arrived about 5.30pm which wasted our entire day. Would not rely on them giving an accurate time especially if you're on a schedule. Absolute rip offs and the owner seriously needs an attitude adjustment.

We hired a bin to use for the duration of a project our company was involved in. We called and discussed our requirements and were given a price, to which we agreed on. After taking our payment we were sent a receipt stating that if we required the bin longer than three days we were to let the company know. This was not discussed in the initial conversation with the company nor provided with the quote. We notified them accordingly and were were told that we would be charged additional fees. At no point was this discussed in the original quote and at no point did we receive instructions regarding these fees. Only after disputing the costs were we sent an email listing their terms and conditions, additional costs in fine print. As the business manager of the company I called and spoke to Steve in a attempt to resolve the issue. His opening question was "are you the wife?". Unsurprisingly the customer service went down hill from there. We strongly suggest never dealing with this company.

I ordered a skip from this company and specifically requested for its delivery to be early in the morning. The service had unfortunately not arrived, we rang them several times only to be brushed off by their manager, by the time the skip was delivered it was 1:10 pm. Very unorganised I would not recommend using this service if under a tight schedule

Over a week later and I'm still waiting on a refund for a bin that was cancelled due to the website having the wrong details and they wanted another $400 for it. Instead of being refunded on the day after no bin was provided they still haven't processed it over a week later and I keep getting the same response that they need to wait on the managers approval which is getting ridiculous it's taking this long to send back my money.

Had a great experience, i got the bin i wanted and my bin arrived 2 days early thanks to a public holiday. Didnt even charge for the extra days. Super happy would recommend to anyone.
