Absolutely brilliant service, communication and pricing. Their honesty and transparency was beyond my expectation. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

My urgent request was promptly actioned, firstly by an immediate quote, followed by a follow up call to confirm the booking. I received constant communication throughout the process, with regular ETA updates. Everything was removed as agreed, and to my surprise even swept clean.

Easy Junk Removalist is the best ever service. Harry and his team were so kind to work with, removing household items and rubbish from my mother in law’s home of over 40 years. They were the best value, trustworthy ( even putting spare coins they found throughout the house into a little container). They made a big job super easy and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Harry and the boys came to clean out of my drive and carport the results of my recent carpet/floorboard/ painting renovation- also a years worth of stuff that’s been thrown out or broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. He clearly doesn’t like his job. Very unprofessional attitude and poor communication. He started the job but didn’t continue or complete it properly. We agreed he would come and take the items, but he didn’t take everything. Despite this, he left several items behind and kept them stored instead of removing them as agreed. Completely unreliable. —Update after the owner’s reply: We were not responsible for arranging or paying for the service. We came to rent the home based on the agreement that it would be delivered empty. When your team attended, some items were removed while others from the same group were left behind. Even if the remaining items were small, they were clearly part of the same collection and should have been removed at the same time. I personally asked several times for the remaining items to be taken and even offered to help load them to make it easier. However, I was told in a dismissive manner that you were not speaking to me. That was not a professional way to handle the situation. The situation could have been handled calmly and completed within minutes. This is my honest view of what happened. I respect that others may have different experiences, but this was mine.
