Recently completed the demolition of my house in Greensborough with Melway, and the experience was simply out of this world. Every step of the process was explained in detail, all my questions were answered promptly.  Once all the paper work was complete and services were abolished they were onsite within 3 days and the job completed in 2 days, couldn't ask for any better. Hats off to the excavator operator, he did a outstanding job, he was even a hit with the local kids of the street. 5 stars for communication, care and prompt service. The demolition team were very careful to avoid damage to a protected tree and a neighbour’s adjoining pool equipment, dropping a garage wall with skill on the boundary. The final sweep of the cleared block demonstrated the team’s attention to detail including picking up small items by hand- both neighbours were happy with the speed and minimal noise. The office team, specifically Afshan, were very easy to deal with.
