Bull Skip bin hire Melbourne

Would give a 0 star if I could. Driver reversed into our entertainment unit and denied he did so. The trades person who left our house an hour before this happened claimed there was no damage. We have emailed and called the company and they have refused any compensation. Would not go with this company as I have never encountered such liars in my life. Driver told me there was a dash cam on the truck and took down my number but we just heard back from the company saying they have no footage. More lies! I’m sure if this damaged had occurred earlier I or a neighbor clearly would have noticed. We will find video evidence so we can be compensated appropriately. We sent them the video footage and they are still denying it so we will call the police

0 stars. the worst possible customer service. these people should not be in business. THEY ARE also known as lemon skip bins, Gavin skip bins, and catto group pty ltd they remove rubbish as they feel fit out of their supplied bins, throw it anywhere on the building site with no notice, and will not return to clean their mess. never been treated in such a disrespectful way and manner. there was debris thrown all over the site, not even neatly stock piled. their solution was to order another bin. pathetic, non existant customer service. save yourself the hassle and use a professional business that means well.
