Melbourne Skip Bin Hire

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. My skip bin order was handled by Melbourne Skip Bins, and from start to finish, the experience was unpleasant. The bin was not collected on the scheduled day, despite their website stating that pickup is guaranteed on time. When I called to follow up, the office staff member I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the delay or offering a solution, she repeatedly told me that I could "do whatever I wanted," raised her voice, and hung up on me. When I called back to clarify, I was told pickup could take up to 72 hours, which directly contradicted what is advertised. I also explained that I had people coming to view my property and could not have the bin sitting on my driveway. This was met with no understanding or willingness to help, only more dismissive responses. The issue was eventually resolved only after the company I ordered through intervened, not through any effort from Melbourne Skip Bins themselves. Reliable service is important, but basic respect and professionalism should be a minimum standard. Unfortunately, my experience with Melbourne Skip Bins fell far below that expectation. I would not use this company again. I would not recommend this company to anybody!

Zain.y Friendly & Professional Melbourne Skip Bin provided an excellent service from start to finish. I had to book last minute cause I had other plans to finalise before Xmas. Their staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with any questions I had. The whole process was smooth, easy and stress-free. Highly recommended for sure. TBH, I have checked previous reviews and I was hesitant despite that I gave it a try, also read through the website before booking because I had other plans and I needed everything to be done as scheduled. I didn't have any issues personally and there were some good reviews as well which encouraged me to go ahead.

This company offers better prices than many others I’ve tried. Everything went smoothly — the booking process was simple, and both delivery and pickup were handled quickly. The staff were polite, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend them to others.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t recommend anyone to ever use this company. They will claim their driver is on the way and give you a time frame for delivery, yet after waiting at home all day to take the delivery they still don’t turn up. Almost impossible to reach on the phone to get an ETA leaving you stuck at home waiting for a delivery that has no clear ETA. Customer service barely speaks English.

Had a great experience with MSBH! They dropped off to me at very short notice and picked up the next day. Helped me with the permit process too. Would recommend 🙂

These people are the hardest people to deal with. They are rude on the phone, dont turn up on the day they are ment to pick up the bin and then are too lazy to tie down the load . The skip bin was loaded with trees and stacked in the bin and the driver was to lazy to take as trees are un safe. Would not use them again if the gave me it for free.
