This company is nothing but a rip off. I got them. They charge me $68 then I couldn’t afford to get them anymore so I cancelled my contract. Then I got them again. Then I wanted me to pay $400. One time off payment then they wanted me to pay to empty out the bins $100 every time this is nothing but a rip off. They can’t keep doing this to people. I am so disgusted. I have told all my family and friends do not get this company I do not recommend this company to anybody. Please guys be careful. Do not get this company because you will be getting ripped off.
The most amazing experience today at JJ Richards Derrimut! The team there showed my 6 year old son around (he is garbage truck and bin obsessed!!) He even got to sit in one of the trucks and was given a show bag full of goodies! Such friendly people and amazing service! Thank you so much JJ Richard's team at Derrimut!
Clearly you don’t educate your customers regarding bin placement. Domino’s Pizza in Melton constantly block the disabled parking access area with bins. As a business providing a service it is also your responsibility to ensure "Good business practices" are followed. When the bins have been emptied by your service, maybe spend the 60 seconds to have the bins moved out of the disabled access area.
A bit of grass out of the bin and this company will not pick the bin up. Furthermore the photo they took as prove of non pick up was taken WHILE THE DRIVER OF A HEAVY DUMP TRUCK WAS DRIVING. My wife was at the window and saw the camera in his hand as he drove by. ZERO STARS.
Won’t empty bin, tell you coming to empty your bin the next scheduled pick up is all they can do. Come back the next week and don’t pick up the extra recycling and leave rubbish all over the nature strip .
