Had to clean out my dad's house in Mudgee, ordered 1 skip before I went down, and realised I needed another when I got there, was delivered next day. Pick up when I called, price for disposal was very reasonable. Very professional, very friendly and helpful. much appreciated. Many, many thanks.

Girls in the office are great! Shame the bin service can't match.. fortnightly bin service, and they miss it regularly meaning we go a month or more with full bins 👎 Ring council and it gets fixed for a few months then falls in a heap.

Totally agree with Colleen, I’ve had the same experience twice: after contacting Dubbo regional council again today, still nothing done. Why as rate payers, should we pay to have a contractor to empty our bins when council has New garbage trucks purchased !!! To quote Colleen yes even 1 star is too much. But unfortunately you have to put a star to post.

Had red bin out this morning it got half emptied it was only 3/4 full to start with had to take it to the tip and pay for that then come home later check green bin it was only a quarter emptied ( we always dry out our grass as well) seriously NO IM NOT CALLING JUST TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO COME BACK TO DO THE JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME THIS IS NOT YHE FIRST OR SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!

on the 23rd DE3CEMBER. 2021 A TRUCK SIDE SWIPED MY CAR. I WAS GIVEN $6000 UNDER THE VALUE OFF MY CAR. AND LEFT WITH A WRITE OFF TO DISPOSE OF. I CANT FIND A CAR TO replace the value of my car.. it was a xmas present. besides that JR .Richards were not concerned in any way, as i had to enquire about a hire car, as i live 20 kms out of town.

Convenient location and they make it easy and clean to dispose of unwanted stuff. However, the price is expensive. Recycling is taken here, which is free, I think.
