Excellent service and great skill, Cao is very professional and made it easier to put a bin next to our house which doesn’t have a drive way!

Please respond to my email I actually advised the driver the footpath may crack. I was concerned, as I just paid for the footpath. He said it would not. He also hit my wall... you guys did not even assist in repair works. I'm thinking of calling fair trading now. How n could you blame a customer, even if u were right, when a licence driver drove on footpath.

7 skips are fantastic to be able to track skip delivery and their online payment system are all fantastic will highly recommend them to anyone with a tight driveway.

Prices are competitive and the tracking software if good too so you know roughly when the skip arrives and get updates to location of driver. The drivers I dealt with were especially good. We have a narrow sloped driveway with low power cables. Both gentleman drivers, ronnie and cao approached with a can do attitude and were really polite and respectful. Really well done and thank you for your efforts.

Fantastic service, from the enquiries I made on the phone (first time renovator here), the booking process was easy, delivery was faultless (loved the tracking so I knew exactly when it would arrive) the driver even switched the direction of skip around for me so easier to load. Pick up was just as easy, next day collection, lovely friendly drivers. We'll be using you again in a few weeks. Thank you!

I have used 7 skips for the very first time and I am happy to say that I wasn’t disappointed. Jay was very patient with me while I had the skip bin at my house and did not mind giving me extra time for me to fill and pay off the bin, he was very professional on the phone . The driver that came to drop the skip bin at my house was amazing also I did not even notice or hear any loud noise but when I woke up in the morning the bin was there . The driver opened the gate and than closed the gate upon leaving and made sure there was enough room near the gate for us to get out if we need to get out of the house . Great team and even better service . I will definitely use these guys again if I need skip bin.

Won’t use again - unreliable and don’t care about the customer. I needed my bin to be collected the day after ordering as I had other trades and deliveries arriving needing access to my driveway. On the day of pickup the live tracking time kept changing - getting later and later until eventually it said no scheduled pickup. I had to call them to see what was happening and tell them I needed the bin gone as I had workmen needing access to my driveway. They promised it would be collected the next morning before 9am. As expected - it didn’t get collected and once again I had to call them. The costumer service people are nice but they always come back with the same response - my manager said there’s nothing he can do! If you ask to speak to the manager he’s never available. I had to turn workers away because the bin wasn’t collected. They really don’t care about the customer and do nothing to try and help. Beware - there is also a distance fee added when you book a bin. They won’t be getting any return business from me.
