Residential septic clean out. Dubbo Branch. If I could give 0 stars i would. Terrible customer service, abysmal. This organisation messed me around for 3 weeks for what should be a simple job. It took me another week of battling to get confirmation when trying to cancel the service, I ended up booking with Terry’s Septic Tank Cleaning and he was great, got done inside the week. People and like this should go out of business, it’s a shame that there are limited service providers, customers end up getting shafted.

The guys at J.J.s Toowoomba are wonderful - ordered a larger bin today and Nick offered to come straight out to my work and help me full out the forms so that I didn't need to worry about making the drive out to their office with two little kids in tow. Process was quick and simple - keep up the good work guys.

Had one of the drivers in truck 2327 who almost ran me off the rd coming into my lane while i was beside him after putting on my horn he had the hide to yell at me on west st 30/01/25 mate you were on your ph and driving and scared the shit out of me not once but twice 😳

This is no reflection on the rep's. JJ Richards management , how can you justify a bin not out charge. If my bin is not full why put it out. You are soon to get 10c / glass bottle for recycling I hope you review this charge before then.

Customer service- terrible employees are so rude Bin emptying- it’s ok and is done most months Don’t really recommend this company though they are all just really rude.
