We (Bloomberry Group) use bin smart for all our waste removal requirements. Their customer service surpasses all its competitors here on the Mornigton peninsula without a doubt.

Bin smart by name but stupid driver by nature, why squeeze it down a narrow driveway and block a street then abuse drivers trying to get past as the truck hangs out of the property for nearly an hour on a road that barely wide for one car. 4wds half riding up a nature strip squeezing between a large bolder, elderly having to try and turn around. Then pulls out and stops and locks down the bin in the middle of the road again. Seriously what was wrong with the nature strip like all the other companies? There’s common sense if a customer has a request, obviously it’s all about your pocket not the public or safety, but clearly the company has none. You’re not an emergency service, you have no right to block the road, no safety protocols in process. What if an emergency vehicle needed to get past, not smart at all. Very selfish👌 I’m sure the response will be just as stupid as the operator 🙄
