ACT Skip Hire

Absolute best skip hire of many I have used. Booked for Wednesday morning and skip arrived early afternoon. Because of this, we were offered to have our pick up extended from Saturday to Wednesday- free days (on a 9 cubic metre bin). The team was helpful in every way from start to finish. Everything was explained with respect to requirements in laymen terms and the truck driver who dropped off was extremely helpful in every way. Thanks again ACT Skup Hire. Would highly recommend.

Used this skip service for a clean up of my property. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided great advice on getting the correct size skip for my needs. Had I gone with my original thoughts I would have hired the wrong size skip for the job, but got the right size after listening to recommendations from the admin team when booking and they were spot on. Delivery was on time, quick and they placed it in the exact location I requested. Highly recommend you consider this business for skip hire.

Can't fault them one bit. I don't usually give out 5 star reviews however ACT Skip hire is the exception. Website is clear and easy to understand. I applied for a 3m3 late in the evening. Pretty much first thing someone got back to me, explaining a few extra details. Locked in a drop off time and a pick up date. The bin was dropped off first thing Friday morning where I asked for it to be left. Driver was very nice and polite also very professional. Filled the bin to the correct hight. Driver returned on Monday morning and collected the bin without a fuss as promised. Paid with cash on delivery however card is an option. Overall very pleased with my experience and as more Reno's and other task come up around the house. The first and only place I will call will be ACT skip hire. Can't fault them, reasonable price, good customer service and they actually got back to me unlike a lot of other skip bin places.

ACT Skip Hire are a very professional and friendly company who provided a good customer experience. Their weight allowances are excellent and higher than the competitors. As we had a heavy load this worked out to be the most economical option. Skip was dropped off and picked up promptly. Office team and drivers were courteous and friendly.

The team in the office we really good to deal with and made the process very easy. The driver very helpful when positioning the skips, as we had to be mindful of our shared driveway with our neighbours. Highly recommend these guys and there's the added bonus of knowing they will send as much as they can to recycling!!!

The whole process was easy. The staff friendly happy and always willing to help. Prompt communication would highly recommend to anyone. When I sent an online enquiry, I was called back really quick, we spoke as I have a narrow driveway. The lady, I spoke to talked me through it and looked up goggle maps so she could see where it could go which took the stress off me. Having been in customer services myself for over 20 years this is one place that could teach others what customer services is about.
