Angel Waste

have never been this frustrated with a service in my life. I hired Angel Waste & Disposal Co. for a simple rubbish removal job one truckload, scheduled for Tuesday morning. They didn’t show up. No call, no message, nothing. When I finally reached someone after five phone attempts, I was told the truck had "mechanical issues" and they’d reschedule for the next day. Guess what? They didn’t come then either. When they finally arrived two days later, the workers were rude, unprepared, and acted like they were doing me a favor. They dumped half the load, left the rest, and sped off before I could even check the yard. Now my front lawn looks worse than before, and I’m still waiting for a receipt I already paid for! I don’t care how cheap they are no discount is worth this level of chaos and disrespect. A total waste of time, money, and patience. If you value your sanity, stay far away. One star only because there’s no option for negative stars.

I can highly recommend this skip Company. Very courteous staff at reception ( I dealt with Adele after the initial call. I was a little confused with the name as they are also ‘ACT Skip Hire’. We were provided with a 6 cubic meter skip for our green waste but 4 would have been plenty and they gave me a refund when I sent the photo re the fill height. I ordered the skip last Thursday afternoon and the skip was delivered next morning and picked up the following Monday afternoon by an extremely pleasant young man. It was wonderful to have a good garden clean up and to have everything cleared so quickly. I will now be looking for a smaller general household waste skip from them very soon.Great service!

Great customer service with friendly drivers. Booked online late at night and skip was delivered the next day! We then requested the bin to be picked up early and the Angel team arranged this almost immediately.

Got onto the team at Angel Waste via good reviews on Riot ACT. The team were so helpful organising my skip for my household clean out ahead of my move and their high level of service made it seem like nothing was too much trouble. The skip was delivered really quickly when requested and when i filled it up quicker than anticipated, they came within a couple of hours of phoning them to collect it which freed up my driveway. In terms of the clean up we did I am so glad we got in a skip because it was difficult to think that all that rubbish had been stored inside my house for years making it so much harder to keep everything tidy. Having the skip meant that there was no heavy lifting loading a trailer followed by an exausting day spent making trips back and forth to the tip which was a real win. Everything in the house is so streamlined now with only the stuff that we need which makes everything so much more organised. Couldn’t recommend Angel Waste enough.
