BINGO INDUSTRIES: Recycling Centre - Kembla Grange

There taking the piss. Took a load of concrete there lady said it was over size. Whinging about an 80mm thick slab that was broken up but because it was held together by 5mm steel said it was oversize. Charged 1200. Deadset wrong big turn off for local businesses.

Booked for a bin pick up for a Tuesday on Monday only to be texted at 4pm saying pick-up has now been moved to Wednesday. Drive arrives to site doesn't tell anyone takes photo of bin and leaves ring bingo they say over filled 2 tree branches. We remove branches 2 second job they then tell us we will send him back only to now receive another text saying he will now come Thursday FML. In Sydney they are amazing. Wollongong drive always looking to get out of work.

We booked a skip with Bingo because of its size and reputation. On the morning it was due to arrive (today Friday) we received an SMS that it would not arrive until Saturday. I rang the "issues" number and was told that my delivery was still scheduled and I should ring again if I didn't hear anything. I rang again 2hrs later and was told it would be Monday, the day we had scheduled pickup. Apparently there were no drivers in our area (Kiama). As I had family to help in the cleanup only on Saturday this was unsatisfactory so I cancelled, made a formal complaint and requested a full refund. Let's see if that happens. Truly disappointed in the lack of service and non-existent follow-up despite explaining my circumstances. Luckily we found a local firm who we should probably have gone to first.

Shocking experience, Called and ordered 2 bins on a Thursday to be delivered for the weekend, get to the weekend and no bins been delivered which had already been paid for. Called and asked where the bins were and got told they attempted delivery and tried to call me and I didn’t receive a phone call, not even from the head office. Poor communication, poorly run and some very poor excuses as to why the bins were not delivered Go elsewhere, not worth wasting your time

We used several bingo bins during renovations and then a house cleanup. I was super impressed with the ability of the drivers to put the bins carefully in place. Their ability to reverse the trucks was outstanding! We had a long bendy driveway. The timing of delivery and collection was also surprisingly precise, and the app even makes it possible to see the bin approaching!! Highly recommend

Rude staff, but I guess working at a tip would put you in a mood. Pricing seems inconsistent and machine operators do a poor job directing you and rush you out and drive right next to you (probably why you need full PPE incase they hit you) Edit 2021, workers in the main area are decent now but the ones in the office shed all must be sitting on sticks if you know what I mean

I run Loop Renovations and always find the young girl helpful she is only doing her job and making sure everyone is safe.I never feel rushed and i dont mind all the PPE i have to wear.
