Metropolitan Bin Hire

DOESNT DESERVE 1 STAR ! I had used this company a few times with no issues until they caused a lot of damage to the fence and gates on the property removing the skip. When i contacted them to speak about the damage they had caused they said " it was nothing to do with them because it was a tight entry" and actually hung up on me. I tried to contact them again but wouldnt answer my calls. We are currently seeking legal advice. Avoid this company !! And if they respond with the usual response that "they dont have my details on record and it must have been a different company etc" i have all the Invoices.

They provided an incredibly poor level of customer service. I booked on the phone, they then rang me the next day to see if I wanted to book. We waited most of the day for them to confirm a delivery window. They never called us back. We called again, they were really rude so we cancelled. Not once did they say sorry for the inconvenience.

Very Dodgey company. Delivered a bin that I did not hire in front of my door when I was not home and then wanted me to pay for it before they took it away even though the concreter is the one who hired it and did not pay for it and payment was given to the concreter as part of the job. Who delivers a bin when it has not first been payed for and when no one is home and then wanting the person at the delivery address to pay for it? Lyn was extremely rude on the phone and hard to deal with and would not let me put a word in. Extremely poor customer service. They even have the wrong phone number on their bin. It now belongs to a VET! Even if I was forced to I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM. Same day service, 12 hours after booked, never picked up when when told they would, made alot of excuses, had to wait a week for it to be removed. Absolutely poor service.

Excellent service and friendly drivers. John was so helpful and was on time with drop off and pick up. Highly recommend this local business.

Terrible service, lie after lie, bin has been sitting on my lawn for 12 days waiting to be picked up. Have called numerous times and nothing has happened.

All I can say is what a joke.... Have contacted company daily for the last week and a half and still waiting on the bin to be collected... Poor and rude customer service.... Won't be bothering with this company again
