Online Bin Hire

A great company with lots of experience and very professional. When i ordered the skip online, all the costs were made known to me on the website including the council permit costs. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable about his rig, putting the skip down with ease. I paid before delivery, receiving email confirmations and itemized invoice. Customer service was prompt. Overall i feel confident that i made the right choice in this company (on the same day of this skip arriving, a rival company tried to bully me into accepting their skip instead, and that was quite upsetting. With Online Bin Hire, however, i only got professionalism, and I'm happy with the service, so that's cool). 5 stars.

Be careful if hiring a bin from Online Bin hire as they are very hard to contact and their claim of no hidden charges is blatantly false. First you have to pay for the bin with a credit card and this became a problem when they deducted $180 from my account after picking up the bin without any kind of communication as to why. After numerous phone calls, we finally got to speak with someone, who said why they charged us that amount. They claimed to have sent an email, but as yet no email. There was also nothing in their website or invoice detailing the fees for filling a bin beyond the top, so they can charge whatever they choose. While the bins may be cheaper than other companies, it's not worth it.
