The team at D&M waste management made my child’s birthday 🎁 dream come true by allowing them to see their garbage truck while out doing verge side pick ups. The team allowed my child to operate the buttons under supervision and sit in the cab. They were so professional while being so patient and kind to my child. They even gave them a large toy garbage truck for their birthday. This company went above and beyond to make my baby’s special day even more special and I will forever be singing their praises and sharing the name of this company. None of the other waste management companies would allow my child their birthday dream so in my eyes this is an incredible company who operate with professionalism, kindness and human decency. Thank you to everyone involved in making my child’s day so special.

Came to the day of kerbside collection. The person made a mess of my pile and took photos to report me to the council for dumping. Received a 14 day notice to remove my kerbside collection from the kerb, thanks to the very people whom were meant to collect it. You and your team are disgraceful. I hope you lose this contract. One very dissatisfied homeowner.

D&M Waste really went the extra mile today as they did our annual council verge pickup. I was unable to lift the heavy old solar hot water system, but five strong men - Darren and the lads- came to my aid. Thank you for the wonderful service today.

Disgraceful behavior from D&M,left debris on the road in our bulk pickup in Orelia,council and rate payers organized for rubbish to be collected that was not kerbside ,it was not done,then sent some brain dead employee to take photos to say it was unsafe,you are full of it,if was safe to pick up rubbish in laneway,was just to lazy to go a few extra meters to clean.You dont deserve the contract for Kwinana,will be making sure it doesn't get renewed.

Did canning collectons for some time last year way better clean up and on time vs in house guys and did the whole suburb in 4 days 2 trucks 4 guys 1 loader vs about 1.5 weeks in house . Friendly blokes too

I'd really like to thank the men whom collected our green waste , from the C.W.A units on Parkin st , left the area clean and tidy , excellent job , very helpful , polite . Thanks again . Deano
