McSkips Bin Hire

Was able to quickly and easily secure a last minute skip hire. Very professional and efficient service, excellent rates, answered our email with questions promptly. The bin was placed conveniently, on time, and we arranged for an early collection. Would highly reccommend this company to anyone in the Northern suburbs.

Got several bins over a few weeks. Only had a short wait for the bigger bin, the rest were available and service prompt. Price was reasonable and middle of the market from what we were quoted elsewhere. They worked with us and was easy to deal with. Only feedback I would give is that they need to work on their communication of their payment terms at booking, payment before drop off is not unreasonable, but letting people know what to expect could be helpful.

Suggest the driver to be a bit more personable considering he is the face of the company when delivering the skips. Seemed annoyed he was early for drop off and I wasn’t home. However on a good note skips are always available when we need ☺️

I love to support local business and have used this company many times before. I find their driver the past two times to be unfriendly, and they looked like they hated their job, slouching about with sad face, no customer interaction when spoken to. Phone manner wasn't that good either. Abrupt, rude and a hang up with no thank you at the end . Moving is very stressful.... just saying

Skip was booked for 7:30am. Got an email from the owner saying the delivery will be later that morning. I asked what time they would be coming and received no response. We had tradies in from 8:30am needing a skip to dispose of waste. The delivery driver called at 12:40pm upon arrival and asked for credit card details over the phone. I didn't have these with me at the time and said I would call back in 20mins with the credit card. Delivery did not occur and we are having to dispose of renovation materials ourselves. Very disappointing service, treatment and communication. Would not recommend these guys to anyone

I ordered and paid for a 2 metre bin on line. The bin was delivered at 9am the next day. I was very impressed with the streamlined service. I phoned when the bin was full and it was collected the same day. Very reasonably priced and hassle free service.

Great service. Called up needing an urgent bin delivery and they were able to arrange it for that day. Pickup occurred same day as requested and price was very competitive.
