The Bin Guys

Delighted with the office support staff of The Bin Guys. I wanted to change the date of the bin when our tradies changed their date. Checked alternative bins available and offered to pay more for the inconvenience. But they changed the date without charge. Great service: thank you!

Used these guys for a 6m skip bin a couple of weeks ago and needed another but was heading OS on Holiday but thought i would save them having to come back a second time while we were away. They collected the empty bin and charged me for the privilege without just the additional day fee which i thought would have been fair. Instead they wanted another $380 for another bin. Try somewhere else I suggest....

I have used the bin guys a few times now and have always had a good experience. Zero drama and helpful customer service when i had questions.

Used these guys three times in the past few months, have always been reliable on drop off and pick up.

Absolutely disgusted with their service. Bin was a bit over loaded so the driver dropped more than half back onto the driveway. If this is what they call customer service, then I wouldn't recommend being a customer.

ordered a skip bin through the bin guys, skip bin was delivered on the day as expected for us to use the following, unfortunately it ended up at the wrong house....as a business owner myself, I understand things can happen, especially when a company has multiple employees, If the employee makes a mistake the company is the one that cops it... Rather then focus on what they did wrong i commend them on the effort they went to to correct it, mistakes happen. The phone was answered the second they opened at 7am which is a big plus. The admin was genuinely sorry it had happened and you could hear it, They told me a truck would be straight there and by 7:30 it was. The driver also apologised for something that wasn't his mistake. Worth 5 stars in my opinion. cheers

Asked The Bin Guys to put the bin up a driveway past a fence in a place that would save us a lot of barrow work (unoccupied house). They said they probably couldn't, which I understood. When I arrived, the bin was exactly where I had asked for it to be, saving us a lot of work. Thanks!!!
