The BinBoy teams are awesome! As an owner of a unit in Wendy Way, TARNEIT, I totally recommend them. They always keep our place super clean and tidy, and how they organize the bins afterward is really impressive. Recently switched waste management companies to Bin Boys for private residential collection and can honestly say it’s been the best decision. Collection is always on time, company is extremely easily to deal with and friendly staff happy to assist. Staff always leave the waste room neat and tidy. Have also recently used the company for private hard rubbish collection. Special shoutout to Matt for making the process so easy and stress free! Highly recommend to any apartment complexes looking to switch providers.

Bin Boy services our area of Pace of sunshine north. This morning we were late getting our rubbish out (heard the truck coming and made a mad dash to get the bin out) Bin Boy came to our door, helped the get the recycling bin out as we didn't think we had time to get it out and also helped carry our rubbish out. I’ve just received a reply from Matt — that’s great. I’ve decided to update my feedback to positive and change it to 5 stars. I completely agree with what Matt mentioned; the team is doing an excellent job. My initial feedback was positive, but unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding and a report made to the Owners Corporation (OC) by someone from Bin Boy, I was informed that if it happened again, my rubbish wouldn’t be collected. They even attached a photo of the rubbish in front of my house. However, Matt’s response has shown me that the team is truly professional and provides great service. I have to admit that the OC management may have overreacted in this situation. Hopefully, I’m not mistaken, and if a similar issue arises in the future, I trust it will be communicated with me directly before being escalated to the OC.
