Cleanaway Malaga Solid Waste Services

I work for a new business in the Northern suburbs. Waited 2 weeks for skip bins to arrive. Once they arrived we filled them. Have now been waiting 6 days for collection. I have called everyday and been told the same promise "They will be there today" such an unprofessional company. Also no call back when they say they will call.

Very unprofessional and pathetic company. Still waiting after more than 2 months to have our full bin removed from site. Ignored by numerous management staff after many phone calls and emails. Would not recommend their service to anyone. What a joke!!

CLEANAWAY - NOT SO CLEAN! I had an accident with a Cleanaway truck three months ago, on the 3rd of May 2024. The driver veered into my lane, nearly crushing me, and was rude and dishonest. Cleanaway has delayed providing crucial evidence like camera footage and GPS tracking to their insurance company. My insurance company still hasn't received it, and the driver falsely claims the accident happened at a non-existent merge lane. These delays have left me without a car, causing significant stress and loss. My car is a write-off, and the issue remains unresolved. Dealing with this alongside work and university has been exhausting. Cleanaway needs to address driver conduct, ensure timely submission of evidence, and improve customer service. Overall, it's a very disappointing experience. Do we want dishonest drivers like this on our roads?? To this date, the driver has not provided their statement or their diagram of events, and as a result, we are still pending the final decision three months later. I’m extremely unhappy with this experience.

Easy, prompt and professional company to deal with . Ordering our skip bin was quick and easy using the form on their website. The skip was delivered when requested and placed where we asked for it to be placed. I would highly recommend this company to friends for all their skip bin needs.

**Warning** this company maintain a very LOW standard. If you as a customer use Cleanaway, you will be HIGHLY disappointed. And yet again Garbo leaves bin so I hit it with my car getting into my own drive way. Useless operator. Obviously supervisors and managers have no control over staff

I called to professionally discuss an issue with waste collection and the girl I spoke to on the phone was rude and raised her voice with me. She spoke to me like an idiot and ended up having to end the call. I have reported this with the council of Bassendean. Disgusting service. I have experience in both truck driving AND customer service and the service I received today from both customer relations AND the collection driver shows that this company has A LOT to be desired.

Do not use Cleanaway, appalling customer service! Requests for pricing review as so over priced, promises to call back and they don't meanwhile continuing to bill you at the higher rate. Much better providers available.
