West Bin

Had a really positive experience with West Bin. Booking a residential skip was straightforward through the website. Delivery and pick up both went well. We live on a tricky one way street and the team were very professional and considerate. Would definitely use again!

Online booking was easy … or so I thought. Asked for pickup on Tuesday and collection on Friday. Booking accepted. We had it delivered behind side gate, so it was easy to fill. Waited at home all day Friday. Rang several times with answering service saying that they would answer shortly. No response. No collection. Rang on Monday to be told "we were closed on Friday" - like I should somehow have known this! Can’t pick up Monday - fully booked. Booked for Wednesday before midday and waited around all morning. Another no show. Apparently the driver tried to call but the office staff had written my number down incorrectly! Booked again for Friday as, you guessed it, Thursday is booked. Would not recommend.

Easy online booking, but confirmation didn't come through ! Followed up with them twice 9n Monday to get a confirmation in writting. On delivery day, they called at 8 am and rescheduled the drop off. As a result, I cancelled my order and it took one follow up and almost 2 week to get a refund ... For time sensive work, the service isn't reliable.

I could not recommend this company less we’ve had a skip bin in our driveway for over a month that was meant to be collected after 5 days, admin staff all super rude and unhelpful, you won’t receive any updates unless you call first. Would give zero stars if I could.

Bin was delivered on a Thursday for a week hire, 8 days later bin is still sitting outside holding up my landscape project and I’m told will only be picked up the following Thursday for 13 days total after I requested it be picked up earlier in the week. Am now going to arrange another company to take it away. UPDATE: the bin was picked up the following day and an email received from the company apologising for the delay.

Really happy with the service. I was able to upgrade the size of the skip bin really easily, and the bin was delivered on time and to the exact spot I had asked for. Collected again with no issues. I couldn't have asked for an easier experience! Thanks.
