If you want a great experience, ask for Jimmy, he understands we all don't have unlimited time in our day and will always process your bottles correctly and competently with a smile and if you have time, a yarn and a joke. He's a 5 star review! Unfortunately the remaining team including management should learn a lesson or two in being polite and less creepy.

Really bad management. Had three times pick up from my place with fees, which is fine. First time we got pay into the bank account, second time driver took about 1300 cans from us, turn out they said there is no record shows the driver collected the bottles from us. Then third time I was give another go, and still no pay, collected on May 2025, supposed to get pay on June 2025, called them three times, said will be pay next month. Until now December 2025, we still haven’t got pay for that. 100% not gonna use their service anymore. Please avoid this company everyone. There are so many other services much more better than this one, such as envirobank, or Canterbury Bankstown return and earn,…..

Making recycling easy is what this place does. ✅ Friendly, efficient staff ✅ customer parking ✅ clean and tidy ✅ minimal waiting ✅ transparent exchange (bottles/cans are counted by the machines, receipt is printed, money comes out of the till machine). Highly recommend!

Fantastic service, thank you! Such friendly staff! Came here with my 4 year old, to see how the recycling worked, he was so excited to see what happens to the bottles, and earn some pocket money, thank you!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful and always smiling. I would think that this would be a hard job but they do it with ease and a smile on their face. Well done great work.
